It’s hard to explain why it’s had such an impact as the holistic and people-led experience it is. As so often with coaching, you need to join, just for one call to start with, and see for yourself. Having said that, I will attempt to explain why for me it has created so much value.
Our wonderful community of coaches is a bountiful resource. The presence of support is a wellspring I can draw on anytime with many active and committed members.
On the calls themselves, Robbie holds a space that has real integrity, care, patience and openness to coaches of all levels. As well as drawing in expertise of experienced and new coaches from a variety of backgrounds and professions.
The resources he shares with us regularly I have used many times. And the regular consistent practice of the calls, and connection with TCJ members, is invaluable to my professional and personal life.
It has become something precious to all those who join, in every level of the membership, and in different ways. These vary from pragmatic ideas and information creation to sensing into wisdom and intuition - and all the magic that evolves from good coaching.
