HOW IT WORKS
11 transformational group coaching calls each year.
A 12-month commitment to your growth and the programme.
An asynchronous platform allowing you to connect with other members and with me throughout our year together.
Content: created and curated for the specific group working together.
Challenges and accountability designed to help you take levels of action in your business you may not have thought possible.
Monthly reporting to build your confidence, awareness and progress.
A maximum of 6 action-focused coaches, selected by me, who are committed to coaching for the long term.
Two opportunities each year to join: in September and March.
I’ll bring everything I’ve learned from 9 years of supporting coaches to grow sustainable, honourable coaching businesses.

ABOUT ME
I have been coaching for more than a decade, working with leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives and coaches to help them understand their Zones of Genius and make their contributions to the world. The journey has led me to greater happiness and fulfilment than I thought possible. I want that for you. And, it has contained deep personal and professional struggles which I wouldn’t have been able to get through without the amazing support I built around me. I want that for you, too.
I am a serial learner and as part of my journey have been on training calls and sessions with many of the world’s leading coaches and coach trainers including Karen Kimsey-House, Michael Neill, Jim Dethmer, Steve Chandler and Jennifer Garvey Berger. I have worked with Rich Litvin intensively and joined Robert Holden’s Success Intelligence Mastermind. My coaches have also included Joel Monk, Mike Toller, Katie Harvey and Myles Downey. Part of my Zone of Genius is to share myself, my stories and my learning with others, and to see where and how that can help them grow. I look forward to doing that with you if you choose to join me.
I’m the author of five books: the 12-Minute Method series about productivity and procrastination, and The Power to Choose: Finding Calm and Connection in a Complex World.
I created The Coach’s Journey because I believe coaching has a powerful role to play in the world, and we can’t afford to have people with the potential to do great coaching to quit because the business feels too hard.
